"After placing my order for takeout I waited for 35 maybe 40 min to get my chicken and beef combo with extra chicken. This meal was expensive not to mention I received a standard portion of chicken. The food was really good but when I asked about and offered to bring it back to show them. They refused to do anything about it. I suggest if ordering to go ask to see the food before leaving."

"Our warehouse is right behind these guys and I came in for the first time today, about 11 minutes before they closed. They were super polite and were still able to make some chicken Katsu and gyoza for me which I appreciated. I haven’t tried the food yet but I bet it’s going to be awesome."

"Service is pretty bad. Our server, a Young woman who seated us took the order of the people who were seated after us after we were waiting 15 minutes.They brought out our bowls of soup but then didn’t bring out the one rice dish we ordered for another 15 minutes. It would obviously be rude to eat without one person getting their food , so we waited the 15 minutes as our soup got cold. We reminded the server about the rice dish but she seemed oblivious we were not eating waiting for our last dish.Maybe an oversight, but then never checked back on us after we all needed refills on our drinks because the soup was kind of salty.Ramen was just okay but my wife did say the pork belly was really good. Pricey for what you get when you add on all the addons, but definitely not worth it when you get bad service."

"We visited bothell this early year, and it rained, and we felt like a few rams. this was our first visit (although we went back in the following week) in shibu and our first ritter restaurant, and it sat the bar. we have tried others since then, and while they were good, they were not as good as shibu. when they go, we recommend the bao as app, and the Tonkutsu rays. fantastic combo!"
