"The Husen Mill is an old, very beautifully preserved water mill. The atmosphere in the deeply snowy valley of the night was beautiful. The tables lovingly covered, in the fireplace a fire burst. There was a New Year's Eve buffet that was set up in a side room. The soup was served at the table. She tasted excellent. At the buffet there were 3 hot meats, (benders, wild, cashiers) and a ragout. Cold plates with small carvings. As a supplement there were roast potatoes and potato gratin. Vegetables, salads, small snacks and cheese rounded off the buffet. As dessert there were red grütze with vanilla sauce (very tasty) We were often in the Husenmühle and felt comfortable there. The flame cakes are all highly recommended, even the Lachburger and the rosemary medallions are very delicious. Pommes, croquettes or the like are in vain on the menu. Instead, there are roast potatoes or foil potatoes."
