"This is one of the top gluten free fish and chip takeaways that I’ve ordered from. Not only does the menu go above and beyond the choices that any other fish and chip shop offer for gluten free options but the staff are friendly and pride themselves on their knowledge of gluten free availability as well. It’s such a treat to have a number of options such as gluten free fried halloumi, curry sauce, gravy and loaded fries. The staffs confidence in gluten free offers makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. We have ordered from the ‘Deliveroo’ app also, which suggests a gluten free menu, but doesn’t have ‘gf’ next to the orders (having been burnt before at different restaurants) I rang up to make sure it had gone through as Gluten Free. The staff were already on it, ensuring me it was, with lovely customer service. On arrival, all gluten free orders were in a different bag to the other orders with defined ‘gluten free’ tape on each box like paradise to my eyes! These experiences really go above and beyond for a gluten free person eating out and it’s appreciated all the way. "The food has been much better in the last three years. Maybe the longer opening hours and increase in outdoor eating during covid 19 and various heatwaves has helped trade. The only places with better fish do not have the option of eating in or in a beautiful park. I usually eat outside on a bench or in my van. When I do eat inside I enjoy it even more when dining in, the fish seems to be cooked to order every time. A good cup of tea to wash it down is the way I like it! The staff are careful not to overcook the haddock."

"A decent menu served well, although like other reviews slightly slow service, but not as bad as some reviews have suggested. Easy Parking across the road note, free on Sundays). We were there on a Sunday. and it was quite quiet, with plenty of...room and all in all a very pleasant meal at a reasonable price."

"Awful. The fish AND the chips were reheated from the night before or maybe the week before? . The peas were not cooked and not mushy. Inedible. It went in the bin Like the previous review said, I can see why the shop was empty. They may have taken my money today, but I won’t fall for it again."
