"Loved this beautiful restaurant, and upscale rooftop lounge with an amazing view. Our server was very nice and prompt, and we ordered the hummus and tuna tartar. Both dishes were excellent and exactly what we hoped they would be. The decor and ambience here is very trendy and hip. It has a boho chic vibe mixed with sugar skulls and gorgeous bright colors. We didn’t order any drinks, but there were several that sounded great."

"I loved the grilled Caesar salad and duck. My dinner partner was likewise impressed with the beet salad and scallops. The chef is a master. The atmosphere is charmingly a European cottage with a patina consistent with age. It formerly was the estate of Sonja Henie."

"The hostess was stony faced and very businesslike, not a friendly greeting at all, the bartender/server was terrific, very friendly and efficient, and served us quickly, although didn't really offer much in terms of recommendations or info about the menu. The entrees that we ordered were good, but not great my duck breast was pretty chewy and flavorless, as was the scalloped potato side dish that was served with it. Sea bass was quite dry."

"Our 20. Celebrating an anniversary, we went with friends to our favorite restaurant in Palm Springs, Copley’s on Palm Canyon. All right, this restaurant never failed us. Tonight was no exception. Juliana Manion Copley warmly welcomed us and we started with some wines and cocktails. Steve had the chilled summer Pea Soup asparagus while I had the Beijing Duck Warm Artichoke Salad, and James Richard the Tossed Green Salad with Figs to start. Also the specials for the evening appealed to us; and we went with the Braised Short Ribs, Walnut Crusted Halibut with Lobster and Roasted Fillet of Scottish Salmon. It's great. The desert was shared with an Apple Tart and a trio of Pistachio, Cinnamon and Ginger ice cream. Another wonderful evening at Copley's courtesy of Chef Co-Owner Andrew Manion Copley."

"That's the best breakfast I had! The establishment of this restaurant has so much character. The server I had was so energetic, beautiful and beautiful. I ordered ribeye steak and egg. Omg, I'm dying! It was soooo good, so tender, so delicious! I'd give 10 stars!"
