"We visited last week (our visit) as we like the food and the coffee. I ordered the Vegetable and Feta Tart, Salad and Slaw at a cost of plus service charge not cheap). The tart was delicious as expected but the...salad was not a salad it was a garnish, in fact there was more slaw than salad. I did not want to make a fuss as I hate sending food back when I've come out for a positive social experience as it dampens the whole thing, however I did mention at the end to the server when I paid (the full amount plus service charge) I wanted to follow up and so emailed Powers, hoping for a positive response and maybe an invite back to remedy our disappointing visit. We just a got a response saying they will take on board our feedback Shame....."
