"My goodness. I no it’s the time of covid but you are offering a buffet breakfast for $39 I respect the fact that we aren’t able to serve ourselves and totally understand it. We stayed at the Hilton for 4 nights and ate breakfast w...you twice. Ok here we go : We were barked at at 7am in the morning on the first day by the simple girl w the glasses, we let it go and just went to our table. We then went up to the buffet bar as a family where she barked again about my kids touching the side of the bench. Like is this serious?? She then went on to serve us up our food and she was acting like it was her food and it was war time and we were on food shortage. It was the most ridiculous dining experience of our lives, but out of principle we decided to give it a go the next morning chalking it up as a one off and this time we had family come to join us. So it was a table of 9, so that’s $300 to be once again told by the simple barking dog that we have exceeded our coffee limit (even though we had been there 5 mins and none of us had a coffee). Then the same old tricks w the food!!! Just don’t get it why you would put what I’m guessing as your Desiree to employ her over your customers satisfaction. I commend you employing her but she needs to be removed from a customer contact role immediately!! Either this or you are just collection money and you don’t really care. What is it?? There’s no way I’m the first person to complain about the matter because there was another table on the one of the barking breakfasts who were also a bit shocked by her."

"UPDATE 15/11 I am happy to announce that Alfred's has improved upon their brekky burritos. I have been multiple times since leaving the below review and the bacon is now fully cooked! Plus the size of the coffee cups are finally bigger so they're better value for money! Alfred's now gets a 5/5 from me. They easily have the best brekky burritos on the coast :D Pet friendly with all tables being outside for this. <br/ <br/ ORIGINAL REVIEW:<br/ Good brekky burritos BUT what would make them drastically better is if they cut some of the fat off the bacon (I've had burritos where there's barely any meat and literally almost all fat) and because they don't cook the bacon enough to make it a bit crispy, this makes the burrito soggy and super chewy. An easy fix, hopefully they see this review!"

"Ordered 2 big breakfast and only one had bacon, when I went to ask about the “no bacon” situation I got asked did I want bacon on both meals ???? It was fix up straight away. The slice of ciabatta was like a brick other then that it was a good meal. My only suggestion would be drop the baked beans and ciabatta slice and put 2 slices of normal toast and you’ll be on a winner. The coffee frappe is good too."
