"We arrived and were asked to sit in a veranda leading to the restaurant. A young waitress took our drinks order, but also our starters and wine which seemed a bit strange. Our drinks arrived G&T and a beer), accompanied by the wine and...2 glasses ... after 5 minutes, the young lady took us to our table, I was surprised to see that only two other tables were occupied on a Saturday night at 8pm. It took less than 10 minutes for the cold to hit me, I then looked across only to see that two out of three occupants on the table next to us were eating with their coats on, and the lady sat behind me was also wrapped up trying to stay warm. Strangely, the radiators were on but the room was FREEZING. Starters arrived on time and were ok but mains were disappointing: bland for my wife and very little meat in mine that seemed to be replaced with a lot of chick peas, rice and potatoes. deserts were nice. I just couldn't wait to get back in the car to defrost... it's a shame as we went there before and had much better food and service... The price was ok at nearly £90, wine included, but I can't help thinking that for the money, I should've gone to Miller and Carters a couple of miles away,,,,"

"We visited on a Saturday to try the freakshakes for my daughters birthday. They're huge and very filling but wow theyre amazing. Plenty of choice both main meals and desserts. Lady who served us was really friendly and welcoming."
