"Absolutely terrible! This was my first time here. Came with a friend last night and sat on the sky deck. Waited 15 to be greeted, 45 min for appetizers and over an hour for food. Mind you they weren?t terribly busy on a Thursday night. My friend and I had pretzel bites, shrimp and pizza and she got the smallest $12 drink I?ve ever seen; all for the bill to be $63 for small portions and not to mention cheap tasteless food. On top of all this, we were given plastic utensils and paper plates for dining. Disappointed, will never come again."

"By far the BEST customer service, very polite, friendly and answered all our questions. The Kase Krainer , Jalapeño Cheddar, Black Forest Ham and Dark Rum Salami are a few I highly recommend. Will be trying all their products!"
