"I had eaten here several times for lunch but not fir dinner. As it was a gorgeous evening, we elected to dine outdoors. What a great view of the vineyards. It was rather noisy as there was a large party seated next to us.The server was very attentive. The food was delicious and was reasonably priced when converted to American dollars. We tried the local restaurant merlot and cab and found both to be acceptable. Several people in our group had a nutty ale that they liked. The food including dessert was well received by everyone in our group. We will dine here again."

"I went to Tracycakes as inspired by my girlfriends. Parking is right across from the bakery, on the other side of 48th Avenue.The place is stylish, old-fashioned, mostly in white colour (so were the cups and the plates too). It can seat up a maximum of 25 people at once. Advance reservations are recommended, especially for weekends. I couldn't get a place for eight of us ten days ahead of the date just because the cafe was booked for a large party. So Tracycakes is very popular indeed. The cost of the High Tea is 20 dollars and this includes either loose leaf or bagged tea (Mighty Leaf Brand for example) and plenty of foods on a two-tier stand. And I mean it. The best offer you can find for a price. I have had 2 tiny pieces of water melon, a strawberry, three finger sandwiches (two of them on a whole wheat bread), something else (can't name it, like pieces of vegetables baked in a puff pastry), a scone with raspberry jam and devonshire cream, 2 cupcakes, a tiny cookie and some other tiny dessert (sorry, do not know the proper name for it either, looked like a tiny piece of a coconut square). Overall a very pleasant and affordable experience. Plus no stress of finding a parking space."

"The service here was absolutely horrible. We came here for my nanas birthday. I do have to say the live music was amazing but unfortunately that was the only amazing thing about our experience. The server took our drink orders after 10-15 minutes after coming. Then after about half an hour she came around again to see if we needed more drinks and was about to walk away until I asked if we can order our food. So we ordered our food. After another half an hour or so everyone got their food except my girlfriend. We waited a little bit longer but after everyone was done eating still no food. So we asked and she said it was a “printer issue” so we asked to get it to go since everyone was done eating and we were not paying for it. When our bill finally came (that took forever too) she said there was an auto tip for each bill since there was more than 9 people. I was not planning on giving her a tip to begin with because of how horrible the service was all around but I guess that’s their policy and I was fine with it. I didn’t know it would be $10 for each of our bills. I was expecting it to be the same amount of the tax or no more than $5 since our bill was $45 (without the pizza). Anyways, it was a horrible experience and if you want good service don’t come here. The food was amazing though and the entertainment."
