"We love it there. Don't like the smoke, but the atmosphere is great. This is my favorite breakfast. The staff is nice and friendly."

"I'm torn up to make a star instead of two. The manager, I think his name is Jason, is a decent guy, and if he's here, he can usually solve our problems and hear us. But the fact that I can actually use the word questions, and the fact that we are dealing with Jason at all to solve problems (yes, that's plural is regrettable. We order a lot of pizza in my house. We have two children on the autism spectrum, and between their pickling palates, and sometimes for time or energy after a busy day with therapies, work, etc., pizza is the way to. And if it comes, even better. Since we have a little budget we need to work with, Domino is the obvious choice. Our last apartment in Hayden was at Hess Street Store and they were GREAT. Five stars. Then we moved to Post Falls. Starting with the commands... From the number of times that we have ordered in the six and a half months since we have withdrawn in this way, only a handful of orders that we actually placed came right. And the mistakes range from understandable to outrageous. Tonight we ordered a medium pizza with extra cheese, with ham and pineapple on a half. We got a pizza with a normal amount of cheese with extra olives and pineapple on a half. I worked in a couple of busy pizza chain restaurants, including a Domino 's. It should be more careful when checking the orders. And it took almost half an hour to come here, and was cold on arrival. I can understand being very busy, they are almost always, from what I can say, but an hour of it just waited for a driver and the delivery itself. My husband called and they're sending out a replacement order. My kids are past their bed so they can have the pizzas we ordered. Your customer service with the exception of Manager Jason is abysmal. We had riders in the register fled attitude to my husband and me when we tried to tackle a problem. We have seen how the employees move and go away, instead of working, usually leave a poor guy to stand there alone, try as many pizzas as he can, individually handmade. The phone rings forever, I'm not sure anyone really answers it. You can see them from the lobby. We had a driver asking my 8 years old for a tip that I had specifically asked to pay on my card when I had the order on the phone that we had delivered pizza to the kids on the date night. When my husband wanted to complain, we got a loan of $10. A week later, when we tried to use it, we were told that there was no credit on our account. When I went to the store to handle it, my husband was blown off and treated by a manager who placed our order for us, but was hardly friendly. (Seems nobody really knows how to treat escalated customers? And they're management? Sorry, huh? This is when we met Jason who was willing to come out to speak with us, listen to us from BECAUSE HONESTLY, THAT 'S ALL WE REALLY WANTED, to hear, and treated with dignity and went out of his way to fix our problem. Since then we have had other problems with orders, here and there. After today's order snafu, I am beyond frustrated, and put it out. Even in their attempts and efforts to make changes, there should not be so many reasons to do so. UPDATE two years later, my rating of 2 stars to 4: I just feel fair to update my review. There was a MARKED improvement in this business. I don't know what they've changed or do differently, but our orders are correct and timely, and it's appreciated! As I mentioned in my review, I have two autistic children, and Pizza is a way to go! With the coupons it is often hard to argue against Domino 's, and now I'm glad I don't have to. Thank you for working on it and doing better!"

"We'll order over the door bag from here. It's nice and hot. A good amount of toppings and cheese, but the crust was still dry. It must be a bit thinner or a longer cooking time and it would have been perfect. It was a big price. It would be 5 stars if the crust had been properly cooked."
