"Arrived with my 2 grandchildren. I'm new to the neighbourhood and trying out various restaurants in the area. Kids liked the menu.We waited for over an hour for our food to arrive. Other customers were waiting just as long. We were advised that the patio was very busy.Our food finally arrived as did the cockroaches. Needless to say, we departed in a hurry. We also noticed that the couple sitting at a nearby table had visitors as well. We were not charged for our food and took it home. The food was very good, unfortunately due to the critters, I will never come back here again."

"Food was great. Wonderful server. Only thing wrong was we had invited a few older friends to have lunch with us and we were given a table with benches, nothing to support their backs. We asked for another table as they would not be able to have their brunch comfortably without regular chairs with back support. We waited for a table, but even though the party had paid, they were not ready to leave the table they wanted to give us. We finally asked for two tables to be push together so we could go on with our lunch. Next time, ask for a table with regular chairs when we make our reservation"

"We are very impressed by the pride these folks take in their food. It shows in their service as well. I really enjoyed the lamb and as it suggests in the menu add a little fresh lemon juice to the lentil soup as it's fantastic. As you're right around the Canadian Blood Services clinic. Why not drop in and make an appointment to save a life."

"3 generations from age 3 to 63 enjoyed the venue and the fare. Wait staff was very attentive. Food was good although the Salmon salad was small. Bison burgers were good, fries firm and the onion rings were large and not soggy."

"This is the second time I have had occasion to order a simple *two quarter chicken white meat dinners* from an establishment that we have frequented as *dine in customers* with no problems in the past. The first time the staff assured me that the order was correct before I left the restaurant even though I made a point of saying there seemed to be too many items in the bag only to get home and have the wrong order as I had assumed. They were apologetic when I went back to the store and even credited me for the two dinners for a future visit. It is now March, and I called to make sure the credit was still there and was told yes it was and I ordered the dinners for pick up. I picked them up on a very snowy evening and took them home only to discover that the meals were stone cold and the chalet sauce was replaced with gravy. There were VERY few people in the restaurant this particular evening and most of the staff was lounging around talking with one another so it is not like this was a busy time.. This restaurant is obviously unable to grasp the idea of quality control and customer service in their take out area."

"42 plus for breakfast!!!! We feel ripped off. 3.00 for a small cup of coffee! Crazy! Not home fries but French fries! They deep fry chunks of potatoes. The 4 egg omelettes are not! The omelettes were too small to be 4 eggs! Plus they were greasy from the oil they were cooked in. 42plus is way over priced for the food that we were served. Our server was very sweet. This breakfast didn’t include any meat! Plus they charged 1.50 for a couple of sprinkles of chopped tomato in the one cheese omelette."

"My son and I went here for breakfast and the service was amazing! My son had the French toast and he said it was the 'best French toast in the world '. The eggs Benedict was really good too. If I could give it more stars I would. The fish tank was great too! We loved watching the fish and drawing with crayons while we waited the short time for our food."
