"Ordered food from the app for pickup. I arrived on time and saw a sign that said curbside pickup and drive through only. Nobody picked up the phone the company app said was associated with the location. I got in the drive through and was served my food 30 minutes later. My shake was room temperature and resembled a puddle and my burger had to be nuked to be safe to eat. I threw out the fries. The receipt tells me to call the same number nobody picked up since I had issues. So misrepresent my options via a 4 ft tall sign, serve me food well below a safe temperature, and hide behind a disconnected phone which is the only means of contact. Classy."
