"With daughter and family. beautiful atmosphere and extremely helpful staff. that was wonderful and we all really enjoyed our meal. some brought back to take cartons and tasted nicely the next day. only the trouble I was too full for a pudding. visited before and will definitely visit again. outstanding"

"My sister and I went to breakfast yesterday morning. we had only roasted teacake with tea. the place is beautiful and the personal is really nice. we received a large teekanne tee with extra boiling water and a creamy milk. there were enough for 2 tassen each. it also cost only about 3.70 pounds. on the next table some people have the big breakfast and they are gigantic. we love to go there."

"Lovely pub in a handy location. The vegan menu is great. I had the button mushroom bourguigion pie, chips, veg and gravy, and the raspberry jam donut pudding with ice-cream. So yummy!"

"The food is delicious, the staff are always welcoming very polite, the place is always clean. My husband, daughter, grandson and i go here every Sunday in the season and when we have a break down in Ingoldmells. Where else can you go and have a Sunday roast with a pudding starting at £4.95 any day of the week. (it will cost you £1 if you want cream, ice cream or custard with you pudding) Highly recommended."

"If they want cheap good and no thoughts strip lighter, tired decor and smell of frit fat then this place is great. we had cooked breakfast, that was £6 and a large size perfectly cooked. children's dishes were £4 and perfectly dimensioned and cooked. a real, old, fashionable, fattening spoon that is unfortunately hard to find nowadays. we're coming back!"
