"Visit them here by Mississippi and I read the reviews coming, but I thought I would try anyway. I ordered that the seafood pasta and crab meat are almost still frozen. they first let me sit on the seat, they tried to sit in a seat that was missing the kissing on the sitting."

"A few months ago I would have given them 5 stars. Thank goodness I did not review it then. We have only been to the Robinson. I will try a different location next time. The Robinson location went down hill in the last couple of months. The food was awful. The french toast looked burnt, but the waitress swore it was not. It is just caramelized, the waitress said. Who caramelizes french toast ? Regardless, it looked burnt and guess what ? It tasted burnt. I used to love their breakfast food. None of it has been good. Back to the waitress, we had the same woman the last two times. She was terrible. She took forever to bring our food out, that by the time she did it was all cold. She forgot a few things completely. Dropped glass, shattering it all over the floor. Will not return. I will say this, the store section has the nicest people working over there. I absolutely love them.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves the store section. She also loves the grilled chicken tenders and fries.Parking: There is a huge parking lot around it."

"Limited menu through new years according to our server. However our favorites were still on the menu. It was busy, but we did not have any wait. The food came out quickly and was good as always. Our server, John, was very quick, attentive, and professional. We generally love cracker barrel and this was just what we expected."

"Food was okay. Customer service was hit and miss. I wasn't given a receipt of my meal just told the price and asked to pay which I really wasn't a fan of. But the view was great and it wasn't too crowded. I had the spicy chicken with their regular fries. Those fries were the absolute best!! My sister got the burger with steak fries. Her meal tasted pretty good while mine was fine. Price was reasonable though"

"This place is a nightmare. I travel to Atlanta once a year for a big trade show. I was looking forward to nothing at Southern meal, such as fried chicken with waffles, greens, mac cheese in the works. This was the impression I got off of the OpenTable description. It couldn’t be farther from the truth. Very loud music. Messy and poorly kept venue. Our waiter would disappear after taking an order and reappear 20 minutes later stinking of marijuana and without a clue of what was going on after ordering several items that were on the menu and being told that they didn’t have we asked what were the specialty. We were told that the fried chicken with greens and assortment of sides to choose from, which we agreed to. We got a plate full of fried chicken wings with a small serving of greens and mac cheese To add insult to injury. A 20% service charge was automatically added and when presented the bill the portion of tipping was still blank. Avoid this place like the plague."
