"Today I went thru the drive thru. I had placed an order thru the app. When I arrived at the second window I was told the shake machine was down so being I had ordered two shakes would I like a refund or something else to drink. I selected a refund as my kids only wanted a shake. The girl said no problem. Then appears the manager Anthony who told me he can’t give me a refund because I ordered thru the app. I said it’s ok if you can’t refund my regular payment you can just give cash as that is what they normally do whenever they are out of something. He said no, I’m not giving you any refund. If you want a refund you can contact McDonald’s in the app. He said the general manager instructed them to not give any refunds. I’m confused you’re telling me you don’t have what I ordered and are expecting me to be ok with not getting 8.00 back? I explained they could modify the order on their end to cancel the shakes. He continued to deny to assist me with the refund and told me to do it in the app. I pulled up the app to show him they already completed the order on their end so there’s no way for me to cancel it out. He said I’m not giving you a refund. I even suggested a gift card because I just wanted to get on my way and get my money back. He said no. Clearly when a restaurant doesn’t have something you have to refund the customer not harass them. I can tell you I have had this happen about 15 times where something isn’t available and it’s never a big deal every other McDonald’s just refunds your order including the other staff at this location. I have never encountered someone like Anthony who treats customers like this. Being he offered no resolution besides not giving me a refund I came up with the solution to just give me 4 frozen cokes as that was an even exchange. I did contact another McDonald’s and spoke with a polite manager and I was told that the employees can refund on their end and they can also modify the order. Maybe someone should explain this to Anthony how it’s supposed to work when you don’t have an item someone orders. The rest of the employees were very friendly and helpful like they are always at this location. Everyone is wonderful, this is the first negative experience I’ve had here. I never write reviews but I wanted to make the upper management aware of how you are treating customers so this doesn’t happen to someone else. It’s a shame. Simple concept you don’t have something someone has paid for you need to refund them."

"Came here to order my son lunch. Ordered a happy meal and one extra cheeseburger. They didn’t take my order right. Then when I needed to correct it they refused to. I was asking to purchase another cheeseburger bc they were the ones who didn’t take my order right. The weird Mexican manager closed the window on me and my 8 year old son when I was trying to ask if I can just order it real quick so my son can have his lunch. She cussed at me and told me to get out of her line that she will not add it for me. Very nice girl came to the window and asked what was going on. She told her manager to relax and stop talking to us like that, then gave it to us for free. Never coming here again. A regular employee should not be having to apologize for their managers behavior."

"They don’t serve breakfast burritos after 11:00. Show up at 11:05 and they don’t serve them. The lazy person at the cash register insisted I use the ordering kiosk. She wouldn’t take my order. I’m getting sick of McDonald’s increasingly high prices, poor customer service and the fact that they don’t serve breakfast burritos until noon. Lus the attitude of employees is bad"

"A young man named Jesse took our orders. I never had a fast food experience where a worker was so attentive to get things right and really seemed like he loved his job. If he gets up for a raise, I'd give it to him. As a small entrepreneur, workers like him are not very often killed. Great job!"

"Well, after the catastrophe that was their Market Fresh menu, they are back in their good oil menu. I guess they realized that nobody wants to get out and pay a premium for something they can throw at home. But it's not the same as I remember. Your Cheddar Roast Beef and Beef Dip are still top! Nice back!"
