"A lovely local spot perfect for weekend brunch or an after-work dinner. The food is good, not incredible but one of the better options in Bothell if you plan to dine in somewhere. We often get the mocha and spiced cider in the mornings. I appreciate their wine and cocktail selection, too. It?s hard to judge when they?re too busy to take non-reservations, so I recommend always reserving online in advance. Weekend brunch seems to have the most activity, so plan to reserve a day or two beforehand. Their kitchen can be slow sometimes, so expect a bit of a wait to get the food in peak times. But last time we had a long wait, the server brought us a complimentary scone/muffin to keep us sated for a while, which was a nice gesture ? and a great business strategy to avoid hungry upset diners! The patio has heated tables, which is nice, but the tables themselves are often wobbly and offer little legroom. If you are noise sensitive like I am, eating inside the dining room space will likely be too much; the noise bounces like crazy (and a lot of the patrons are loud chatters! :"

"Food is great. Staff needs training. Ordering via phone, someone answered, “yeah?” I asked if this was Ezell’s? “Yeah.” “Can I place an order for pick-up?” “Yeah.”Another time the front staff were body shaming another employee, who stood up for herself. But not ok.Lately there is drama/issues each time we order.There was a black manager who was great! Great customer service. Everyone was trained. Get him back please. Not sure who is running things. If the food wasn’t so good, I wouldn’t be coming."

"We went to menchie 's for frozen yogurt because their website said they were open until 11. We showed up at 10:0pm and they were already closed and mopping up. We knocked on the window and the girls cleaning up pointed to the door with the hours listed and we said, 'yes, it says 11 ' so they pointed to a handwritten note that said 'close at 10:30 ' so we said, 'ok, but it 's 10:20 ' they just shrugged their shoulders. So the three of us, plus the other 6 people waiting outside that we didn 't know started talking about where to go. So I looked dairy queen on bothell everett highway up and it said your store closed at 10:30. So I called to confirm. They said 10:30 and I said, 'well, we 're about 5 minutes away and it 's already 10:25, but we came to menchie 's and they closed early apparently and don 't seem to care. ' The nice dairy queen employee on the other end said 'we 'll wait for you, what 's your name? ' and they did. We all showed up for blizzards and will be loyal dq customers from now on. Great customer service and willing to go the extra mile. He was a teenager who provided much better customer service than the other teens working at menchies. thanks and wanted to share a positive experience"

"I rarely write reviews. I should start by saying that the baristas were very nice. However, the ham and cheese burrito that I bought there this morning was the worst breakfast item I have purchased and had a couple of bites from. I kid you not, the eggs were runny, not cooked. They microwave them I assume to heat them up, and the wax was peeling off the burrito as I was trying to separate the tortilla from the wrapper. After eating it, I unfortunately gagged and ended up puking about 15 minutes later. Who ever they source their breakfast items from, they should have them cook their eggs fully, and the stand should find a better way of heating them up (maybe separating the food from the packaging when heating? because I cannot image eating wax is a good thing. Just being honest here. Again, the baristas only did what they were trained to do, so not their fault, this review is for management."
