"For a quick lunch before long trip to home, really friendly service from the moment we entered, personal great with our children. the bark and stylton sarnie and the cattle benedikt were really amazing, best eier benny I ever had, addition of meerrettich,. genie! the children polished their ice-cold shakes, and loved their jerk huhn and chicken caeser sandwiches. great experience. support their local independent, call them here to breakfast, bundle, lunch, they will not be disappointed. well made young"

"Had a really good meal here recently, all tasty and freshly cooked. Service was kind and attentive. Just post lockdown I had a so-so meal here so happy to see they're back to top form. Will return!"

"Snagged a baklava eis sandwich on her Spitafields-Stock (during a festival, they don't think they're usually there). chose the chai zimt eis as a filling. the baklava is obviously homemade, with sticky, flaky, buttery chest full of pistachios. the ice was mildly aromatized and not the creamiest I ever had, but it was a very pleasant treatment. I appreciate the originality of a Baklava ice sandwich and the concept of focusing on Persian aromen. the staff was also very friendly."

"Beautiful, welcoming pub with character. we stopped after a day and were warmly welcomed. we ordered goatery and garnel, both of which were delicious followed by an equally delicious apple crumb. the renter and the renter were incredibly nice people, clear working. hard to deliver excellent personal service. we will visit again."
