"No bad little place for some tacos! I have passed this place to the 101 probably a thousand times and was not there recently. I wish the menu had more Mexican style food, I guess I had the wrong idea with the name Taco Temple... ... the tacos were pretty good though! My son had the nachos and he liked them too. I don't remember if they had a military discount or not, but that's always a plus in my book."

"Possibly the worst quesadilla I’ve had in this area, it was literally two taco shells glued together with cheese a tiny amount of meat. The only reason I give two stars is because the red pink habanero salsas were pretty solid"

"I am on vacation from Northern California, but originally grew up here in on the central coast and I am very disappointed and upset that I paid $35 plus tip for this poorly prepared meal. I had to endure rude, drunk and loud college kids and to top it off wasn't given any sauce I asked for and no tortilla chips. What kind of Mexican food place doesn't give you chips when you spend over $35? Maybe they are in business because of all the drunk college kids spending their parents money. I chose this place for my wife and I because of the good reviews and how they claimed the portion size was good. Well as you can see the burrito did not only taste terrible, but it was small and poorly wrapped. I hate leaving this review because it's not my style, but they struck out so many times with the food quality, customer service and overall experience. This has been a huge let down and forced my wife and I to dispose of the meal and go get food from somewhere else. If you want real Mexican good and a good experience then don't come here. If you want over priced greasy good then this is the spot."

"Taco Temple is not to be missed if you're in the SLO area. The food, the ambiance, and the service are top notch. I always order a Temple Ade their version of lemonade. It comes with a splash of grapefruit juice and a sugared rim. Unless you are famished, you will go home with a doggy bag. Covid has me missing their salsa bar now the chips and salsa are delivered to your table. There are 2 locations, and the newer one is pretty fancy, with indoor and outdoor seating. Oh, and don't forget to buy a big slice of carrot cake to bring home since you will be too full to have dessert."
