"Lobby is closed for some reason. It's almost 2022 and places are really milking the whole closed lobby nonsense. Skimping is what it is. The drive thru is open but the intercom system sounds like a little tikes toy with batteries that are on the brink of dying. Hope the coffee is good cuz I haven't even made it to the window and I'm annoyed"

"The staff is great here, but the food suffers from the overall decline of the Panera brand. At this point, the food is barely worth what you pay for it. If you like Panera in its current state, then this would be considered a solid location. The order kiosks have improved over the last year, but now there are only two instead of four. Not an issue when we ordered but might be doing a lunch or dinner rush."

"I love it here, it is consistently great food and service. Everyone is very friendly and the food usually comes fast. Your yogurt bowls are great. It was my favorite breakfast place all college. Very recommended!"

"We just had a horrible experience. We waited ten minutes to be acknowledged when we walked in and only after we complained to the manager we were taken to a table by a busser who looked like he hadn’t showered in days. We had a lovely waitress But then waited for 35 minutes for our food to arrive only after we complained about how long it was all taking. The manager herself delivered the food with no apology. The food was cold and tasted terrible. The pancakes were inedible. We are never going back. This is a horribly managed restaurant."

"We ordered two cold brews and ask for one to be “no room” cuz one of us didn’t want ice. The cashier said “that’s kinda shady but that’s fine”. ??? I thought asking for leaving no room was industry standard. It’s not like we would pour some in the trash and waste it. Bad attitude!"

"Greeted with a smile ..establishment was very clean. waiter on overnight shift was very nice and friendly he got are entire complicated order correct ..no complaints and was very attentive!!!
