"Went to this place with great recommendations just to get disappointed. They lack of staff and even when the place its not full the service is too slow. No kids menu, they only have pancakes for kids and even when it says on the menu they served it with ice cream we got them plain. Coffee is taste less, fruit portions are small we only got one plate for a table of 6. After 45 min we got to order our food, I was already ready to leave but waited because was Sunday everything was crowded or close and by the time we received the food they forgot MY ORDER. I'm sorry I wasn't planning to wait another 45 min to get it so I just asked for the bill and leave. Not sure if the food is good I didn't got to taste it but be aware that is gonna take some time to get to you and prepare to spend more than and hour and a half to get it."

"I was invited here by a friend for brunch. The brunch in itself was very nice, good portions and the service was atttentive and unobtrusive. However, things started to go downhill when after a while, and the restaurant was considerably quieter, we decided to order...a beer, a cake and another lemonade. After 20 minutes, when nothing had arrived, we questioned the wait staff about where our food and drinks were, and they duly arrived. I had ordered on the recommendation of my friend, who told me the cakes were 'very nice ', a small chocolate sponge cake with a hazelnut and chocolate cream on top. I should have stopped when, after several attempts to get my fork into the cake, it kept bouncing off. As I was with a friend however, and she had invited me, I did not wish to be impolite and persevered. It was the worst cake I have ever eaten and an absolute disgrace that this establishment presents such substandard ítems for actual sale to people. I will continue to prefer La Maison Paulette on the opposite corner (Plaza Toscana) where I have never had either a) bad service or b) bad food. Until Chai gets their food quality and service issues sorted out I would recommend anyone avoding it. If the cake they actually sold to a paying customer was this old it makes one worry about the standard of food higiene and quality in general. I gave 2 stars as at the beginning the service and the food were good and this should be acknowledged. However, unless you want a memorable experience for the WRONG reasons........avoid. There are plenty of other, better options in this area."

"The atmosphere is good, quiet, very nice place to eat and talk to your friends, Deco is modern and very beautiful. The service is also very good. Coffee?. well not quite average I will say. I'm a coffee drinker, so I know about coffee. But... the food is very good. good taste and not so big portions, I enjoyed the visit there"

"...You will love Aire Paz Chocolateria! We must've walked by this place 30 times in the past few years and never saw it. It is on the same side of the street as Centro Magno and across the street from Krystal Urban Hotel. They feature Chocolate Ray Amargo Chocolate in their freshly prepared chocolates and chocolate drinks. We both had a traditional hot chocolate and it was delicious. It rivaled the chocolate we had recently and Oaxaca where they battered it by hand. They have a nice outdoor patio as well as inside seating. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Glad we found this place… I'll have to double up on my gym membership!"
