"First visit this costa for several months and now only for outliers since the latest restrictions. many signs and sanitisers at the entrance. easy to follow waiting queue and fast service for breakfast and coffee delivery. the personal was pleasant and efficient and there were 2 collection points set up. beautiful to see all festive decisions. settled for a bacon and flat white. both were very good as usual. a pleasant box stop."

"Ordered through Just Eat. McDonald’s at Larchwood missed half of my family order and the rest of the food that was delivered was stone cold. Pretty sure our Coke Zero was hotter. After phoning the branch and stating they missed my items the child manager who I’m pretty sure hasn’t grown a pair clearly stated it’s not his problem it was Just Eats. Please explain how Just Eat who only delivers the food is too blame for this?!!! All I can say is stay clear of The Larchwood McDonalds are all morons who don’t give a fudge about customer satisfaction. Tell my children why they only got half a meal and I had to pay again at a different mcdonalds."
