"I was at the lake Geneva main st Starbucks Saturday. I waited for my mobile order for 35 min! This is not ok. The manager, who I think is new was extremely rude . When I asked about m y order, which was just an Americano( he said: we are busy)! I have not had any issues with this Starbucks until this manager, and I’m not sure if he is a district manager or just a manager, but he needs to get his act together. !"

"The bar area was fairly filled with football fans to watch the last game of the season. Our waiter was attentive and had recommendations for myself, my daughter and her friend. He also reminded us of the half-price appetizers for that evening which were a bargain. The crab cakes were delicious, and the nachos, quesadillas and fried platter were also very good. My one complaint was the temperature in the restaurant. It was a cold evening outside, but the heat should have been turned up. Most of the adults kept their coats and sweatshirts on. Our food got cold very quickly, but overall we had a very nice experience in a fun atmosphere."

"Great choice if you're staying at Grand Geneva Resort. It's in the lobby so it can get a bit loud if there's a large conference checking in or grabbing cocktails in the lounge. But the food and service are mostly great. We had oatmeal for breakfast, which was tepid the first day, but creamy. The second day we specifically asked for it hot it was much better. At dinner, I had the shrimp po' boy, which was delicious. I'd skip the carrot cake unless you want something very dense heavy. Good, but too heavy"

"As you enter, you will be offered the delicacies of free fudge and never shamed how many free samples you take. God bless you. These cookies and cream wings are creepy. You even get to see how they make the candy, and the fudge behind a glass window! It's such a beautiful candy shop! Such friendly staff, I come every time I'm in Lake Geneva! Thanks Kilwins! Time to run away this shit!"
