"Even with all the amazing restaurants in Mougins, Aux Trois Stages quickly became our favorite. The outdoor seating area is charming and cosy. The service is warm, friendly and inviting and the food, the food is delicious. The preparation of the food is traditional...and inventive at the same time. Amazing fresh vegetables, home grown and picked that day, accompany each dish with their own unique preparation. We can't say enough good things about the restaurant, service and food. Highly recommended."

"It's a quiet afternoon that I went to that coffee shop, that I already had some teas. This time I went to lunch. be it the room in which the wood dominates, or on the outside, in the midst of trees, plants and vegetable gardens (without forgetting the wood furniture), one moment at a time at a time of honor is to put nature and raw materials in exile. that day it was hot and it felt under the pergola (one of the waitress said it was over 1000 degrees, I think it was not far that I was greeted with the smile and was installed quickly. On the menu, the dishes are offered about 16 euros, and the desserts between 5,50 euros and seven euros. everything is not given, I had already indicated it in my previous contribution. That said, it must be recognized that the quality of the kitchen is present. As to quantity, we must not complain, even if we still want to have even more gourmet desserts at these prices. I started by ordering a latte of cai, oat milk (or almond, I don't remember. a moment at the same time offers organic vegetable milks. My glass was deposited quickly. I always asked for a cinnamon supplement and it didn't cause any problems to the waitress who brought me a cup of that. detail that has its importance to my very first visit: there is finally a saucer to deposit the tea ball the cai was good, very hot. That said, I had time to taste it because the lengths of service are always omnipresent: 20 minutes before seeing my dish arrive! next to that, I had to say that I wanted a drink and a water carafe, which arrived once my lunch was finished. But the apology came with water. for lunch, I made my choice on a vegetable-ricotta quiche. the portion was generous, the broken succulent paste (for crispy without being burned), slightly browny and very little salty. In addition, I loved onions mixed with vegetables, giving a sweet flavor to the whole. small dish: the bottom of the pie was hot, which I emphasized at the time of payment. That said, I have nothing to blame for the quality of the quiche. It was accompanied by a salad seasoned with olive oil, very fresh. After having enjoyed a lunch, a very good sum, I settled in the garden, in the sun, on a wooden bench with pleasant cushions. I ordered a matcha latte (whose cinnamon was present this time; with almond or oat milk, and a cookie. a biscuit melting inside, with delicious chocolate chips; crunchy outside, well cooked. a greedy both creamy and scary, equation o how divine for a cookie. in memory, I paid 29,50 euros for a formula and two hot drinks. nothing very scandalous, being here specified that I could not have swallowed anything, both in food and in drinks. Moreover, the places are soothing, natural. Even if some lengths make me laugh, I tend to be reconciled with this address, as I love it in the room or in the garden, and so the philosophy of the place leans towards culture, product seasonality, different diets, so a true identity. an address to visit."
