"We stopped here for a much-needed drink and cake after pounding Munich's pavements for most of the day. After several polite attempts to hail a waitress for the menu and about fifteen minutes, a cross-looking waitress replied Ruhig, ruhig or Calm down It was very...hot, and far from full, so the three staff should have been able to provide a menu at least by then, and we were so disgusted we left and found much better service and nice cakes elsewhere. Maybe the food is nice, we don't know, but years of tradition count for nothing if the current service is rubbish. Disappointing."
