"Returned recently. Service was excellent. They use torani syrups. My caramel latte was full of flavor with a rounded feel. Regret getting a medium. Should have gotten a large Located within the aksarben shopping area. There is free parking in the front but it can be very busy. Previous review Beautiful coffee cafe in the Aksarben area. Many people were working away at their laptops. They didn't have any specialty drinks, but they did have Italian sodas, breves (I don't see that everywhere yet) and you can add flavoring to your coffee based drinks. Their syrup brand is torani. I ordered a decaf extra hot. I asked for it to be served at 180 which is what I normally get from other coffee shops. They missed the mark by over 25 degrees. I did say 170 was ok... But even then 15 degrees. After the coffee I wasn't feeling the best though. I feel like either I didn't get a decaf or it was contaminated with regular coffee beans... I'm not feeling great after having that drink. I'll give it 4 stars and hope that it was a over time mishap. The space is beautiful and my coffee, though not hot enough, did taste good."

"You eat is amazing! there was no bad thing. the sausages I was a little nervous, but they cut perfectly with a fork, in contrast to most left. I wish I had lived in omaha so I could try everything on her menu."

"If you’re looking for the cutest coffee shop with the tastiest coffees and best vibe and atmosphere, look no further! We ordered lattes with their signature brown sugar simple syrup and they were delicious! The 8 oz latte has 2 shots of espresso and the 16 oz has 4 shots! The flavor of espresso is really celebrated here so you won’t find a wall of syrups, just their house-made ones! Which is the biggest sign of a high quality coffee shop in my opinion! The latte art was beautiful and our ‘everything parmesan roll’ was a great accompaniment to our coffees It was so fun perusing the beautiful selection of plants they had in store as well! Overall an amazing stop as we were in town! Should we find ourselves in Omaha again we will most certainly be back for another coffee!"

"We were seated fast and the waiter kept coming to our table the whole time we were there. Our food came out about five minutes after we ordered and our food was steaming hot. The lady that bought out our food didn't leave until she made sure we were satisfied. The quality and amount of food we received was unexpected. To top it off the bus boy came and grabbed our plates shortly after we finished our food. I took my mother there for mother's day and she said this is her new favorite place for breakfast and I concur."

"Came here to work on a model railroad project in peace, was greeted by very nice staff who were very interested in my project, it was the perfect place to hunker down with a DELICIOUS cup of coffee and enjoy my hobby for a few hours. I cannot wait to come back."

"Three visits in 1 review! Visit 1: Saturday Brunch Service ok. Ask for a bottle of water for table or you will wait for your extra small glass to be refilled. Asking for jam/jelly for English muffin while ordering will save time as the person helping us never returned. Food excellent. Presentation sloppy for brisket omelet. Visit 2: Monday dinner Busy, but with reservations quickly sat at table. Live music way too loud, but excellent for a change of environment. Service poor. Dinner salad brought 2 mins before meal. Received a $0.50 dressing charge. No water refills despite requesting. Neither of our food choices were to our liking, but I think it’s all personal preference. Visit #3: Sunday Brunch Service excellent. Food excellent. I’d highly recommend Jams. I think with everything, it is hit or miss with service and quality of food."
