"Chiquito at Tower Park.. we had a booking, queued to be seated, ‘welcome staff’ indifferent and not at all welcoming. Seated- my seat had bits of rice on it and the menus were sticky. We waited a long time to order drinks and had chosen...our mains. minutes after being seated we were served our jug of water which was plonked on the table on the way by. Later, our order of a milkshake, a mocktail, a beer and a coke arrived with a little more care. Our food took a long while to come and the food has really gone down hill in recent years. The food came in parts and we had to query where some of the order was. We were a party of chimichangas, a wrap and a fajita. No one asked if we wanted more drinks and after we’d nearly finished staff asked if everything was ok as they were passing. After our dry meals we ordered deserts and another milkshake. We’d finished our deserts and had to chase up the milkshake which didn’t taste as promoted. We asked for the bill and were told they were short staffed. We started to download the app as we waited so long but then we’re able to pay via our server. I’ve never not tipped before, especially at a Chiquito as I used to work in one as a student and I recall the level of service and customer experience being priority then, but not so here at Chiquito Tower Park."

"We had a lush afternoon at slug and lettuce of Poole, Carla was awsome. Had a cheeky bottomelsss brunch. Food awesome and so was the service. Promote this gal. She’s bang on it…. Customer service was 100% there and topped up out drinks without fail. Thanks to Carla we got our bottomless brunch experience"
