"Location : Located in such a busy street. Parking was really hard to find on a weekend. Place: Such a nice cosy place to catch up with friends though It was really busy and very loud. You really have to speak up. Service: The service was great. We were attended to really fast and we didn’t wait for long for the food. Food: Great flavours and very tasty. Good portion ! I couldn’t walk by the end of it. Price is decent Recommend: I would recommend to try this place out. It may not be for everyone. Some people like more of a quiet place but this one can be crowded."

"Great corner sports for a great brunch. Cooled and relaxed during the day. You have a Fab menu, the best hot chocolate and chai. On Friday night it is a fun place to have a small cocktail to start the weekend."

"We’ve been here several times and it can get very busy in summer, but we are always happy to wait in the charming outdoor dining area with our small dog. There is a garden gate at the side entrance for dog owners. The staff are always friendly despite being overwhelmed occasionally when the tourist buses and cruise ship passengers pile in. Lots to choose from a cafe style menu ….from coffee and cakes to main dishes."

"As a mum who has a child with a dairy allergy, I cannot rate the Richmond Chocolate Shop high enough. Not only do they clearly have their dairy free ice creams and products labelled, but they are particular with cross contamination as well, and so kind when questioned about it. I’m truly impressed with the customer service we have received on numerous visits. Then we have the actual products themselves which are delicious. I don’t usually eat fudge or nougat as I find it grainy or gritty when eating, but the Richmond Chocolate Shop fudge is to die for. And the variety of flavours is brilliant. If you’re in Richmond, don’t skip on visiting this little but amazing chocolate shop as you will truly miss out."
