"Always on the hunt for a good waffle, the kids & I couldn't resist a trip to Ultimo after reading the reviews. First of all we were impressed by the variety, enough to make you want to come back but not so much that your head spins. The service was absolutely exceptional, friendly and fast. Thirdly, my wallet was thrilled that breakfast for 4 (including drinks) came in at under $50. My children claimed that their hot chocolates were the best they've had (and they've had many!)Then our waffles were served. We tried both the Liege and the Brussels. The Liege was deliciously dense and cakey and the Brussels perfectly light and fluffy. The peanut butter sauce was sensational.Five stars all round, we cannot wait to return."

"Had to wait about 5 10 minutes just to get a coffee that tastes like reused coffee beans? could hardly taste the espresso, it was mostly just milk. I suppose the 3 coffee for students is cheap from a reason."

"Visited this place with friends because I saw on IG they serve red velvet pancakes, red velvet, taro and matcha latte and a few other dishes. Since migrating here in Sydney, I have only tasted real red velvet in one of the cake shops and that was located in Mortdale. I was so excited to come to this place because I am in search of a great red velvet dish. Unfortunately, this place did not deliver. Their red velvet offerings tasted like cherry, which at some point, tasted like medicine. Real red velvet should taste like cocoa powder as how the Americans create theirs. Although food that they offer are pleasing to the eyes, another dish I have ordered, Shakshuka, lacked in seasoning. However, I was happy with my matcha latte. The servers were just a bit blase and were always in a hurry as the shop was busy. They have enough seats but it was quite cramped inside. The owner however, was very pleasant and was asking our opinion about the dishes we have ordered."

"I have had lunch at Cafe80 and can recommend this cafe. If you are visiting the Power House Museum, it is an ideal location for lunch. This cafe is modern, spotlessly clean and the staff are attentive. The food and drink selection are predictable and what you would expect of such a cafe. Meals are tasty and Cafe80 has a nice atmosphere.I recommend it so give it a try. Remember, The Museum is close by and Darling Harbour and the centre of Sydney quite close."
