"We have been coming here for years and it has never disappointed. The staff is incredibly friendly and make sure their customers are fully taken care of, even when it's busy... and it gets busy a lot! Their breakfast burritos are incredible and their donuts and nice, light and fluffy. I've never had the coffee. It's just potted coffee with creamers off to the side. It doesn't look impressive, but there's always a line for it so I assume it's decent. Anyway, if you're craving a hearty breakfast, I highly recommend Chicks!"

"It's about 8 bucks for a big bag of hot-fried calamari, large bubble rose tea and they also gave me a cup of hot water (I made my own hot tea with a dried teabag I had already). About 200 different kinds/combinations of teas are listed on the wall. Some people said service was slow (maybe compared to Starbucks or McDonalds, but I only wanted about ~15 minutes, not bad). The calamari was hot and fresh! I don't know of another place to get these tapioca-bubble drinks and calamari at the same place, so I'll likely be returning here soon. They're open every day until 11 or 11:30pm weekends."

"This is based solely on the medium sized hot and sour soup. Not the best I've had but pretty decent. Lots of bamboo shoots, and tofu that make it filling. Definitely could have used more meat. The soup base is warm from what I believe is heavy use of black pepper. I love black pepper so I enjoy this flavor. Consistency of the soup is good. Would for sure get again"

"While the restaurant is not an ambience and an attractive location, it is more than compensated by an excellent cooking staff and attentive waiter, My companions and I practically liked our plates properly prepared in appreciation for good food. Also a big plus is not music. There were few other guests who also made the conversation pleasantly easy, although there is a question of long-term viability. Hurry."

"I appreciated the large selection of mimosa. They have over 20 flavors! It is not bottomless, however, one glass was $7. The food was good! Portions are great! The food came out pretty quick but to be fair there were only two other customers. Customer service was fair. The place needs remodeling and a deep clean. The floors were grungy."
