"Out of cakes, danish, cookies, etc. Meat case looked old, dry uncovered. Not clean. Bought hot food dinners. They were unique, unusual delicious. The dining room was dark empty. All in all, not a very inviting experience. I really wanted to love this place too."

"The workers in the drive-thru were very nice at night and were even talking to me to confirm my order details. They were training a new employee and it seemed like they were very much on tip if it. I loved the customer service. I just hate getting cold fries. My Mcchicken was especially fresh though. Can't rave enough how friendly everyone was."

"We love Ruth Chris. Always start off with seafood tower for 2. The tower is always perfect. Usually share a Filet Mignon Medium rare which is always spot on. Excellent sides and good dessert. Wine selection is excellent. We go for special occasions and just because we enjoy it. The wait staff is always very attentive. Last time they had changed the bread basket which was disappointing. I emailed about that and got a quick follow up response from manager that said next visit we should make special request for breads and they would be accommodating. I will try and see what happens. I know it might be a little petty but when you drop 400.00 dollars for dinner for 2 it’s not being petty."
