"ATTENTION DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO REVIEWS AND CLEARLY HAS NO INTEGRITY AND ARE ONLY AFTER MAKING MONEY. It doesn?t pay to be Greedy/ Money hungry with poor service and product. I advise people not to shop here. This establishment has no integrity, no moral ethics. On Saturday 5/7/22 my family and I chose to purchase wings a count of 70 . Someone else in my family purchased wings and I purchased wings not knowing the other family member had alreadypaid and picked her?s up so when I found out I immediately called back within 10 minutes after ordering them and canceled my order. Keep in mind when making large orders like that they ask for their money up front which I paid with my debitcard over the phone. I requested a refund and was told there was no manager on duty and I was asked to leave my name and my number and she would let the manager know and I was told to also call back Monday 5/9/22 to speak with her to get myrefund. I called around 1 pm and was asked for the same information the representative on Saturday asked for and then I was told by the manager she would need to call the girl I spoke with to verify what happened and she would call me backkeep in mind they have caller I?d so from the time I spoke with the representative on Saturday until Monday and until now they are not answering my phone calls. The so called manager told me she would call me back and didn?t. So it is nowThursday and I still haven?t received my refund ???????. Being greedy and lack of customer service doesn?t get you anywhere. In this day and time you need to do better with the quality of the food and service. The wings that wherepurchased by my other family member from this location was terrible no seasoning it was as though they just dropped them in the deep fryer and sprinkled seasoning on them no marination at all and the wings were fried to hard. FYI my refundamount was 87.72 that they STILL OWE ME FOR. ATTENTION DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO REV"

"About average BWW experience. Our waitress was new I think. By example, my wife is vegetarian, so she ordered the burger. To custom order it she ordered it as is, without the beef patty, add guacamole and bbq sauce. The waitress was confused by it because she asked clarification a few times, but it is a pretty standard order. After clarifying no meat meat, she said she would have to ask if guacamole could be added, even though the menu says you can add it for an extra cost (which was not an issue for me). Then she also said she had to ask if she could add bbq sauce to the burger as well. After trying to clear it up, I just told her to put it on the side. I don't know if the cheese that got left off the burger is her fault for how she took the order, or if the cook forgot to put it on.The mozzarella cheese sticks were pretty standard. When they brought it out, there was barely any marinara sauce to dip. It was less than half full when it was brought out. I had to request more.The loaded tots were good.And don't get me wrong, my server was nice. She checked on me occasionally and I didn't have any issue with anything else as I ordered it as is from the menu. But I think she could use a little more training in taking custom orders."
