"Came with a group of friends for drinks and some food in the evening. First of all, the bouncer was quite rude when asking people to line up. The inside is dark and dingy, and staff were lingering around, apparently watching guests. Food tasted good, but we found the prices quite high ($13 for poutine). One friend was also denied drinks, even though she had very little to drink. She has an accent ... after reading the review from August 2016 alluding to unequal treatment of a person with a disability this recent event brings up some questions...."

"Took my boyfriend here for his birthday and the food was really good. The dish he ordered was all fried though, it didn't state in the menu it would be fried. We thought we would get actual mussels not deep-fried everything; But it actually tasted good. For our appetizer we had the lobster dip with chips. Barely any lobster on it but it still tasted awesome aside from some of the chips being soggy in oil the homemade salsa that came with the dip was bland. My dish had 3 flavours of shrimp on it. The pasta was perfect. At other locations it's either always watery or bland. This location pasta and sauce consistency was perfect! The garlic butter shrimp was amazing.. Wish more came with it. The fried shrimp was also good too. I never tried the cocktail sauce it came with. I upgraded my side to a bacon mac and cheese and I didn't personally did like the flavours but my boyfriend upgraded his side to the lobster mashed potato and it was delicious but barely any lobster again. We ordered a strawberry daiquiri which was good, the pina colada not so much. One thing we didn't like is there's a machine at the table which you can use to pay, play games etc and it doesn't state that there is a charge to play games. On the machine you're able to see the total of the bill change as things are added and I noticed there was a $2.50 charge for the game we played which it kicked us out of because we took to long to continue. (Couple questionnaire) is what we played. It turns out its unlimited games for $2.50 but it wasn't stated or explained to us by our waitress. Also they never brought us biscuits until I asked halfway into our meal for some. It was not busy at all either. It was about 3 or 4pm. Overall I would give the entire experience a 4 stars. But pasta and garlic butter shrimp deserve a 5 stars."

"We went very early for dinner so it was almost empty.. I noticed they had a piano though and maybe later in the evening they have someone playing which would be quite nice.. I really enjoyed the atmosphere.. there's the tin look ceilings.. brick walls,, wine rack walls, mirrors.. lots to look at. We started wtih the Calamari for $18 which I thought was a little pricey for what you got.. average.. nothing to complain about but nothing to brag about. Then we had the sicilian chicken wings $16 which is $2 per wing.. and they were very small. $12 for a child's pasta which also I felt a bit pricey and came with a burnt meatball. We ordered a Penne alla Vodka $18 which I would say was pretty good. I hate when I order pasta and they over cook it so feel I should mention it was cooked perfectly. Good sauce.. not the best I've ever had but nothing to complain about and it had peas which also were cooked perfectly.. a little crisp just the way they should be. GiGi pizza which was a chicken, pesto , ricotta was not a big hit.. I didn't try it myself as I was too busy lovin the siciliana pizza which I have to say I would come back for .. it was really good.. nice and thin and perfectly cooked!!"
