"This is my first 1 star review I have ever done in my life. I placed a $33 order, went in to pay for it with my $100 go-gift card (it's a gift card with multiple eligible restaurants including Outback). I've used this type of gift card before with no issues- they told me they couldn't use it and there was a specific process I had to do to get a unique gift card specific for Outback BUT they didn't know what that process was. I called customer service, read all the directions, googled everything, and even read the legal fine print on the website- they were wrong! All you have to do is run it like a credit just like anyone other one. I ended up leaving with cold food that I had to purchase on my credit card and a $100 gift card that they don't know how to use despite the clear instructions right on the card. If you have one of these gift cards... use another restaurant because apparently outback doesn't know how to run a gift card as a credit."

"I haven't been to Applebee forever and everything was great. The food was fresh and good. No disappointment! I ordered cheese bites for the app, one side of Caesar salad, black shrimp alfredo. The other plate was a full plate with one side of Cheesy Broccoli and Fritten. I forgot the name of the drink, but it was pretty good. It tasted like a sweet grapefruit with pineapples and oranges. (climbing pictures) I ordered the classic combo with one side of garlic loaded potatoes and the drink was a strawberry colada. It was really good."

"I drove 2 hours to visit a friend and eat here and it was an absolutely FANTASTIC experience! Liz and Becca were amazing! They kept the atmosphere fun and exciting while providing phenomenal service. Their knowledge of the menu and recommendations made my night. The food was hot, delicious and the presentation was fantastic. 10/10 would drive the 2 hours to visit!"

"A really late nite arrival meant scrambling for dinner. Open late, this was one of the very few options on a Sunday night. Cheerful bartender seated us and a server, who was attentive in spite of another 5 tables showing up at 10:30 PM. I give them and the kitchen kudos for getting us fed. Oriental chicken wrap was better than expected. Chicken tenders were weak, but a quality issue, no fault of the kitchen. But honestly, we were glad to even get fed!"

"Truly a very sad experience. Short staffed but the greeter was on her phone and ignored us. After a lonnng wait for food, it was poor steak badly cooked, part of order missing and the waiting staff was so run ragged (although she did at least try her best). This restaurant would work better with only half the customers and a better chef. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this there are plenty of other restaurants in the area."
