"This restaurant is our visit for Chinese execution in Westlake. We have the same temptations every time because we love them so much!! If you haven't tried this restaurant, you should definitely!! Shrimp eggplant garlic sauce and chicken shrimp green beans sharp pepper sauce are sooo good!!!!"

"We have been ordering take out from here for years... We always order egg rolls, fried shrimp, vegetable fried rice and usually the ma po tofu dish. It is pretty spicy with a salty black bean sauce that makes it delicious. The same server is often there and she is very friendly and remembers our order. This place has been a good stand by for us."

"My whole family loves Minh's Cafe. The family who own it are wonderful. The pho is totally legit and I've traveled to Ho Chi Minh City several times. The other menu items are great, too. Their salt and pepper fried wings are phenomenal. The sweet and sour pork is a knockout. My youngest loves the fried rice. I have never had a bad meal here. Great stuff."

"Best Thai restaurant! My family and I just moved to the suburbs and we've been looking for a good Thai restaurant, since my family and I love Thai food! This restaurant is the best Thai restaurant! I'm surprised by the reviews, because the food is delicious ! Theres only one waitress and she's very nice! and she actually remembers my family and I. My mom is lactose and tolerant and she remembered not to add milk to my mom's smoothie, with out me having to tell her we were very impressed! The waitress was so nice enough to give us free dessert. Yes, the restaurant is empty but, I highly recommend everyone to try it out. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. I'm so happy! I finally found a great Thai restaurant. Btw the smoothies are sooooo good!"

"This is my favorite Thai place in Portland! The restaurant is on the second floor in an old Victorian style house. It seems a bit odd as it sets back from the street and requires climbing a short flight of stairs to get to the front door. The first time I went there, I didn't know what to expect when we got inside. I was pleasantly surprised. The dining areas are cozy and clean and the floors sometimes creak underfoot. The walls are colorful and there is always some soft music playing in the background. If you hit this place during the school year and over the lunch year you'll find yourself surrounded by PSU students. You see, not only is the food superb, it is also very affordable! I of course, love the green curry, but I'm the type who always gets the same thing. I've always gotten great food and excellent service here. I go back every chance I get!"

"This was the first time I ever had an order from this restaurant. I order at home delivery usually twice a week my average purchase is about 45.00 without tip. I first ordered California Wok this week. My Mongolian beef smelled and had to throw him out. The garlic shrimp was fine, but I had stomach problems after eating a few shrimps. My husband had the Mongolian beef and would not eat it. The beef-fried rice was terrible, it also went into the garbage. I wonder if the health department visited this place. We had delivery so that we were never in the restaurant and no intention of going or ordering from them"
