Crepes "salé" made with black wheat grain and charciterie -very good. Sweet crepes have great ice cream and flavors. Nestled in the medieval village of Conflans offering interesting peeks into artisnal tradecrafts, art studios and old architecture. A nice visit to refresh and learn."
