"Just went to dinner with mich a third time. The pepperstick was really sublime and the bavette was also very good of taste. I'm surprised at some comments. We've eaten good there every time. Bavette isn't a filet pur, so texture is totally different, as well as the taste. Also, I'm a rossini eater myself, so I assume that baking is a truffle magira sauce they dress on. Maybe adjust to the card for those who don't know it?"
