"The Trinquet San Andrés is the first trinquet covered by Bayona. But what's a trinquet? It's a place where people meet to play the Basque ball. This is both a restaurant and a brewery. But if you are a restaurant with such an approach and claim, you have also to deliver a top service. And here is...the weak point. Our waiter had no empathy. He served the food without any passion; put the dishes on the table eat, shut up that‘s it. But folks: that‘s not enough. It is like a german engineer, who can construct the perfect machine but can not sell it convince the customer. It is too less. We can expect a description of the food, of the story behind and a good presentation inclusive the service to put the meal on the plate. Nothing happened incredible."
