"4 adults we booked a table and chose a selection of tapas to start,they were all well made very tasty and colourful. Three of us followed up with mussels and chips and the fourth had grilled hake with fresh noodles and vegetables. For puddings we had two creme caramels ,one gateau basque and a coffee ice cream. Simple food very well cooked and presented by a delightful young waitress, I can see why they were turning people away. We had a thoroughly delightful evening sitting outside listening to live music from across the square."

"Little pepit on the village square of Bidart! Very friendly and intimate setting with a neat decoration that gives the impression of being home. In the plate it is an explosion of original flavors and prices are very correct! I highly recommend if you go around"

"The visit was from the start embarrassment , because we didn 't have reservation we got the worst table, shaking like in a poltergeist experience. The kitchen, dishes were just right, but the service à table should be improved. And guys, you are in the middle of the Plage d 'ile Biarritz , you should receive anyone in your place without reservation. It is a touristic area."

"We ate here twice whilst in Bidart. Second time because we enjoyed it so much the first. The food was tasty, generous and well priced. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Menu has brief English translations which helped. We really enjoyed the Basque food."

"A beautiful, romantic atmosphere - up to the ground service and one of the best meals I have eaten in the old! local, seasonal ingredients, beautifully presented just delicious. we shared crudo foie gras starters followed by pork poached fish net. the menu was varied .our dishes were incredibly tasteful and perfectly prepared. highly recommended for an unforgettable meal!"

"We made a reservation for 7 pm, and we were turned away and asked to come back at 7:15 so the cook could finish his coffee, so things didn't start great. However, once inside the restaurant, the waitress was very gracious and the crepes were in fact the best we had ever eaten. My teenage kids devoured them, as did myself and my husband. My husband and I the savory while the kids ate the sweet crepes, which were all fantastic! Another key attribute about this restaurant is that it is right across the street from a public parking lot which is very convenient. Make sure to make reservations since it's small and fills up fast. It was also the least expensive meal we have had in Bidart, but among the better meals we have had."

"We went there to about 15 people, very good reception, pleasant setting, but excessively expensive prices. And the new place is sadness, not a tree, everything is mineral, a lot of damage because it is not very happy and it deserves an appropriate landscape treatment."
