"If I could give 0 stars I would, every time I go to this location, the service is terrible and slow. The people in the window aren’t friendly or courteous. They act bothered by simply satisfying the order you already paid for. And the food is never quality. Eating out for a whole family isn’t cheap and when you spend $45 on meals at a place regardless if it’s “fast food” or not, you should expect to at least receive halfway decent service and decent quality food. Sure the chicken fingers were hot because you ran out and had to make more but we got the oldest fries in the bin and none of the other food was hot by the time we received the chicken finger meals. I also ordered the cheese curds because I love the cheese curds at Culver’s and these were not even close in comparison. They are covered in grease and burnt and disgusting and the container was half full. There are crumples of pieces of what looks like was leftover at the bottom. Unacceptable. Won’t be returning."

"The food was good and fresh. The chicken was cooked right juicy and not dried out like some restaurant. Plus it was real chicken not fillers. Loved the French Fries and Garlic toast. Had the fresh squeezed Leomnade very refreshing from sugar lemonade served at other locations. Have been here before and yes I will be back. Hope they look at Lee's Summit MO for their next location."
