"Hershey's definitely deserves a knot and place along the other ice and frozen yogurt parlor farms and chains. It rivals if not Beats, Cold Stone Creamery, Baskin Robins and Ben Jerry's, in my opinion. Customer service was impressible... especially if the young man who was waiting for me did not have to be more than 18 or 19. Usually teenagers could take care less and are more concerned when their shift is over or when their paychecks are ready. But this young man was very patient and attentive, as I did and decided my choice. I knew what I wanted, Pralines and Pecans. Half a pint was less than $7. I also left a tip for the young man. And I wasn't surprised her drinker was almost full. Of course, the real guage of this evaluation comes from the quality and taste of the ice. Now it was just delicious!!! I ate almost all the cardboard in one session (I am also greedy, lol). But it was really creamy and fresh. I appreciate it didn't taste like it was in the freezer for weeks. High and highly recommended."
