"Great food, super super friendly and very accommodating!!!!! I was walking my doggo while waiting for my car repairs to be completed. I phoned them to place an order and explained I couldn't come inside to pick up my order due to having my dog with me. They offered to bring it out to their patio for me!!! Can't say it enough.... Super super friendly!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! THANK YOU!!!!"

"Yo!!! Let me tell you about this dessert! Owee Gooey Butter Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream and Ghirardelli Caramel. Oooh My Jesus this is sooooo Gooood! And worth your time! Do yourself a favor and get yourself a treat! The cake is so moist and buttery the floor has a little cripple. I'm not a fan of vanilla ice cream, but that works well. I suggest you have the caramel for the first time. So you can really taste the cake, the caramel can exaggerate it if it is too much. Add a little and trust me that you do not regret it! I wanted to lick the plate! "

"Disappointing visit this past weekend. We came here because jarliings had a long wait and we didn’t feel like waiting, big mistake. First, Although the line wasn’t very long the wait would have been the same at the other place. Second, They are definitely under staffed and its sad to see the employees stressed out. Third, it was hotter inside the building then outside. My ice cream was melting inside the store it was so hot. Again back to the employees Seeing them stresses and sweating wasnt ideal. Lastly the ice cream was terrible. The texture was off for me, tasted like the ice cream set out and dried and then was re-frozen leaving a chewy texture. And the hot fudge sundae is made with syrup and not fudge. I ended up throwing my ice cream away. Overall my experience was terrible and i wont come back. For half the cost I could’ve went somewhere else. I’ve been to an oberweis before in the suburbs and it was great so im not sure why this store’s ice cream taste different. The only reason why im giving this place 3 stars instead of 1 is because despite the set backs the employees were kind and hard working. Definitely needs better management and organization to help with the quality issues."

"Not a bad place to stop. It does seem like most of the employees are not really wanting to be there and it shows at times. It's hard to find good people but for the most part the ones that do try are awesome and keep that place going. Prices are going up everywhere but feel they are better then the low quality of a place like mcdonalds. Their service and food are way better than the standard of most places now days"
