"We stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner on Saturday. Good thing because the place filled up fast and by the time we left there were 20 people outside waiting to be seated. What a gem, great, super fresh food. Full bar if you need a cocktail. Go for the food!! It's awesome and freshly made. Bright colorful entrees. I got the fajitas and wifey went with a combo platter. All delicious. Great neighborhood Mexican restaurant"

"Update: 6/28 The District Manger Madison reached out to me took full accountability for the mistake and was professional and courteous. From our conversation, you can tell that she truly cares and spoke from a place of genuine disappointment for the experience that I had and she assured me that their goal was to grow and learn from it. I also appreciate that I was never asked or pressured into updating my review in order to be made whole so this edit is of my own volition. I have no doubt that my next visit to this location will be great! I ordered 2 combos with a shake and a concrete a week ago. I got home and realized I was missing the chicken tenders from the order. I tried calling the store a couple of times immediately after we realized that the food was missing but was unable to get in touch with anyone at the restaurant but left a message as requested by the voicemail. I have subsequently called 4 additional times throughout the week and still have not been able to speak with anyone except the voicemail that are never returned. I waited a full week before posting this because understand that stuff happens but at this point it is beyond a reasonable level of patience. This is the second time in a row that food was missing. Last time was months ago and was a hotdog, we had enough food without it and I just wrote it off as a mistake."

"Unfortunate experience as we were looking forward to their vegan ice selection. the automated message of the phone tells them to search online for the current selection so great! we have checked. beautiful, some great sounding options that we were thrilled to try. we come, none of them are available. what a sweat. therefore I call each time to avoid which valuable time we have. would I have been able to talk to a person, they could have told me that a leader does not update the online menu. I could have avoided a waste of a trip. many thanks for the waste of time, I appreciate it immense xoxo?"

"Never. Let me say first, I was often in the past (years ago) and I always had good food and good service. That said my experience in this place yesterday was terrible. It was one of the worst culinary experiences I ever had. At first, the shrimp cocktail I ordered (both the cocktail sauce and the shrimps themselves) tasted like they were sitting in the fridge for a week. I told the management about it and they took it away. When I got my main rib, I came halfway through the meat that was spoiled. At first I thought it was me, so I tried a few bites, but had to spit out the meat (it was terrible). When I brought this to the attention of management, instead of apologising me or offering me another piece of the main rib, he simply defended the spoiled piece of meat saying, "I'm sure it's okay." I tried to tell him that it was spoiled and that he shouldn't serve anyone else until he checked it, but he just bleededed me away. Then to get everything from above, they had the nerve to charge me for the meal I didn't eat. I felt sick for the rest of the night and felt sick this morning. As I said, you never eat here or you can just end up in the hospital with food poisoning."
