"I had the halibut and my wife had pizza. The halibut came earlier because the pizza lasted longer so that my wife and I were eating separately. The halibut was very warm and dry. The kitchen waved and slept the halibut... but it was still dry and tasty. Green beans were made from a can and gland. Pizza was thick with blows, but only OK to taste. It was way too much for my wife to take the most home. As soon as I got home, I realized I didn't get my salad! The wine was good, but the portions were small. The bread was dry. We ordered chocolate cake for dessert and it was just a box mix with chocolate syrup upstairs. Half the cake was dry and the other half was OK. I wish I saved my money... we wouldn't be back. The only good experience about our visit was the server... I think her name was Millie. Very attentive, friendly and personal."

"The steak was bland and was like eating a shoe that's how tough it was. The rolls weren't cooked all the way either as the inside was doughy. The chicken had good flavor but was dry. The best part of my meal was the pop."

"Picked up a cheeseburger for my father. This was my first time for me and the Staff were great! Everyone was very friendly, courteous and you could see they enjoyed what they do! The restaurant was immaculate and everything was clean that you could see and I'm sure it was the same on what you couldn't see it was a beautiful store I don't know when they remodeled it but it looked like they had just been built it was so nice. I picked up my food to go and I could tell right away as my father was eating it it must have been the best cheeseburger in the world! I definitely will have to come here and eat one day myself!!"

"Ok, so here's the deal. Blimpie shares this space with Goodrich dairy. I was here because of Goodrich dairy. You see, I grew up here in Council Bluffs. Then moved away and have only recently returned, 40 years later. Goodrich dairy when I was young had the best milk and the best chocolate malts around. It was for this reason that we stopped today. Sadly, they don't do their own milk anymore. They handle the Hiland brand. I've tried it, not impressed. However, the chocolate malts and ice cream are every bit as good as I remember it! We bought two chocolate malts and they were fabulous! (Drops microphone)......"
