"We never leave island in season and we are happy to come to etown on such a beautiful day. everything was excellent, but the rinderhahn and the French toast were exceptional. the young had steak and vulture. the speck was not warm and a meal came 15 minutes after the others, but it is all about eating after all. we will definitely come back."

"Food was very good, but the staff, well could not have been more rude. It was 5 min to closing. They rudely advised, while staring not even a hello or May I help you) that we could order but we would have to hurry up and then wait outside. Where haskindness or even some level of customer service gone! We were handed our sandwiches, out side of course, no bag did I saythis was to go) No utensils, oh and of course not even a have a nice day?. Two sandwiches, two bags of chips, two sparklingwaters? $51.00!!!"

"The duck was tough to eat. The short ribs were super barbecue-y. Meaning they had a sweet vibe to them. Good, but not over the top hood. The steak was good. I would say that that was our table's best dish."

"This place is clearly very popular because there was a queue outside the restaurant before it opened for 5:30 p.m. dinner service on a very rainy Saturday night. Once open, the restaurant quickly filled up with diners. Tables tend to be closer together because of how busy it gets, and there are a lot of hard surfaces, meaning things can get a little loud. Service was the right level of attentive: staff were very friendly and they were good about clearing plates and utensils when it’s clear diners are done eating. The daily fish specials are posted on a chalkboard inside. Overall, the food was very good. The buffalo brussel sprouts with whipped blue cheese were very good but for $18? Feels steep. My husband enjoyed his tuna, which was served like an elevated poke bowl and had Asian influences. I got the seared cut cod special, and enjoyed the sweet corn and mushroom risotto that came on the side: it was appropriately warm and cozy feeling for the rainy day, and brightened by the bursts of sweet freshness from the corn."

"Huge huge portions. It was so surprised. The quality was really not bad. It's just that the service seemed a little aloof and rude. They didn't ask us if we wanted to drink, and most of the time seemed to ignore us, even though we were the only people in the establishment next to a table or two."
