"Loved this restaurant. The food is so good and we came at least once a week since we found out about it.Ordered tonight for pickup and the woman said “they just saw it” when we arrived 15 minutes after ordering it (when it was supposed to be ready . I even saw the unopened Slice notification on the tablet when I got there before she noticed me standing there. So no, you did not “just get it”— you just weren’t paying attention : she said it would be another 15 25 minutes. I asked if they could rush a little bit since we had driven all the way to pick it up. She said 20 minutes and I said okay we’ll be back.My boyfriend goes back in 30 minutes later and she said they cancelled our ENTIRE order because “they did not have anything besides the pasta.”We ordered chicken, fries, soup, salad, and pasta.If you “don’t have anything,” why are you open??? Why wouldn’t you tell us when we FIRST got there??? Honestly think she was lying.She also never called us. Whoever is working at the front desk tonight is going to make you lose customers.Terrible customer service and she had a horrible attitude. We had a long day and just wanted dinner at our fav Italian spot.Don’t work in customer service if you’re not gonna do you’re job ! :"

"Family enjoyed, it was a little hot this day but plenty food lots of music abundance of art lots of cigars.Disappointed could not participate in Dominoe Park restrictions check b4 u go. But little Havana worth the visit and don't forget the Cuban ice cream. Will definitely go back."

"Im surprised at how awful the two desserts we tried tasted. Taking the photos and the prices into account, we expected yummy nom noms. The Tiramisu Jar (8oz) is absolutely the worst tiramisu Ive ever tasted; in fact, they should be embarrassed to call it a tiramisu. I dont know if they use cream cheese to skimp on the mascarpone, but it tasted like cheesecake. And the socalled celebrated Premium Rum Cake tasted like Entemanns pound cake. No frosting and almost no moisture save for the very center."

"I?ve always had good experiences with these guys, I have no idea what everyone is on about. I order food for delivery while I?m at work. Recently, had a delivery driver pitch an absolute fit at the restaurant, cussing out the staff there because they wanted to confirm the order, and then the driver promptly cancelled on me. I resent the order, they called to make sure that it was correct, and I explained the situation. They made it for me no problem and included a nice notesaying ?we hope you enjoy your food. So sorry for any inconvenience? and a free dessert, despite the issue not even being their fault. Their portions are huge, the food is always good. As aforementioned, I have no idea what other peoplehave experienced here. It is a ghost kitchen, so you?re not going to have your typical restaurant experience, because it?s essentially just a kitchen staff that makes food for a couple different ?restaurants?, and delivers."
