"Really good food, very tasty, the Burfi ice is awesome, even if Vindaloo was a little too mixed for the British husband, adorable staff, but not a lot of waiting time to take the order and between the dishes, but it's understandable because they just opened (Original view) Really nice food, very tasty, the Burfi ice cream is awesome, though Vindaloo was a bit too blend for the like of British hubby, lovely staff, but quite some waiting time to get order taken and between courses, but it s understandable as they have just opened"

"Found it by accident as we walked around Fougeres and spotted a brown sign. Off the beaten track but worth a detour.No fix prixe meals just a normal menu. My complete galette was very tasty and enhanced by an addition of mushrooms.Toilets were nicest that I've been to in a restaurant however there didn't seem to be a lock (only a latch) on the door so i did get err. Interupted!"

"On our one night in Fougères, Court Circuit was our refuge after being turned away at a Creperie in the city centre, as we had children. We hadn't booked and I was concerned we wouldn't get a table, but the waitress checked up on the...table plan and made it work. My wife and I had the special menu choice of chicken fillets with curry sauce it was very tasty, but the fillet was overcooked and chewy around the edges. The littlest two children shared the classic French steak haché, one our bigger boys had a burger, and another a pizza. All the food was very delicious and the fries were too! The restaurant was very hot, so could do with some better ventilation. As found often in France, the waitress was attentive and efficient, but a little smile would make me, as a guest, feel that little bit more welcome. Overall, the overcooked chicken edges and the high temperature knocked this down from a to a rating. However, I'd recommend to anyone staying in Fougères."

"We were already late for lunch for the French hours and they attended us. The gentleman who attended us knew the basics of English so we could understand each other. Seeing that the cook was an older lady knew we were going to be happy about it because it was going to be real homemade food. We ordered a salad that had a fried egg, which we had not tried before, and it was very good (since we asked for salad in francia I lacked olive oil.) then we asked for a simple galette that was delicious. We were very happy.If we returned to fougeres, we would return to this place for a galette."
