"Planned to use a groupon voucher and were told by the staff that it could be extended beyond the expiry date provided we gave him the code before expiry and then came in the following weekend. Called back the day of expiry to give the...code and were told by the manager that we had to come that day or we couldn’t use voucher. Explained that we were coming at weekend as agreed with his staff and offered him the voucher details. He refused to take them and said he wasn’t responsible for his staff’s mistake. Perhaps he didn’t understand what a manager is! He then hung up without giving the opportunity for further discussion and the voucher was therefore wasted. Shocking attitude and worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Don’t give this guy your custom."

"Absolutely shocking service, was up to an hour late and asked for my sauce to be in a tub and they have poured it all over the thing, not only that but the curry sauce looked like jelly."

"Love the ice creams from the University Cafe, wrongly assumed the food in the take away next door would be just as good. Soggy undercooked chips, rubbery batter with very little fish inside of it. Smoked sausages are decent, but I guess they don't make...them themselves, so can't get them wrong. Friendly staff though."

"Honesty is the best policy and that is what Bombay blues follows. Meet and greet was perfect to give you the comfort zone and that is the most catchy part of this place. North Indian food was very beautifully presented with kickoff starters. Chutneys and pickles with salads all u get the taste of India. Ambience of great, try to acquire the table at the end to feel the open sky. @Jeevan and Team thanks for making a our evening nice and enjoyable."

"My only complaint is the fact that no one thought to call the place Scranhill . Jokes aside, Easily the best takeaway for curry me and my partner have tried in Glasgow. I 've never seen anywhere in Glasgow that have a Paneer Chasni but they are always happy to make it with no additional charge either, even with an off-menu request the food is still always on-time if not faster."

"I have eaten in this Restraunt many times. The staff are more than happy to answer questions. The food is perfect. The food arrives very quickly and is excellently presented. I loved my Finnan haddie fish cakes and my chocolate brownie was delicous. I strongly reccomed this reastraunt"
