"Four of us recently had dinner here We ordered cocktails Really really disappointing I even went back to the bar took my drink and asked them to replace it with basic martini which was really sad as well .. on top of that they charged me for both drinks. And cherry on top was the attitude of the staff They were making faces at me because i took the drink back which was really childish. Food we ordered four entrees which was good Mains we ordered duck which lacked seasoning Gnochhi was good Wellington lack flavour Venison was outstanding Panacotta really bad All and all we are never gonna go back.not worth the price."

"Well the ice cream was nice, shame about the staff. The red headed lady in particular. All on their phones and too busy chatting with each other. Thanks for publicly calling us out for not standing at the proper end of the queue. Didn’t see any signs and I can’t mind read. Will never go here again."

"Broken to brunch at koko. fabulous staff that went beyond and beyond to meet the nutritional needs I am milk and gluten free. the staff also went out to interact with my four-year-old son, including him in the conversation and even gave him his own menu to go through. there was a little waiting, but we were quickly informed about the reason why and were not abandoned wondering. eating was delicious, but it was the amazing staff that made the experience so much better. would definitely recommend and go back!"

"Excellent Food and Exceptional Customer Service!!! I took my wife for a date night yesterday. From the moment I stepped inside, till the time I left, all I experienced was JOY. I was greeted by a staff with a very warm smile. With quick wit and a mischievous twinkle in their eye, they made me feel like an honorary member of the pasta-loving club. The service is truly exceptional, blending efficiency and humor to create an experience that 's as delightful as finding extra meatballs in your spaghetti. The food we ordered was chicken, fish and vegetables. Everything we ordered was really delicious, the meat juicy, served hot and fresh!!! Here 's my experience: My reservation was at 8 pm, we were super hungry, so we jumped right into the mains with drinks. I ordered a beer and my wife got herself a Baileys. Five minutes later, I changed my mind, didn 't want to drink anything cold so I called the staff and said if they have not opened the beer, I could have a glass of Merlo instead. In the corner of my eye, I saw another staff member bringing my beer from the kitchen as I was talking and she had already opened the bottle. She didn 't know that I was making the request to the other staff member. In a situation like this, usually, the customer apologises and drinks the beer since that 's the right thing to do. However, both staff members simply smiled and said that 's ok, no stress at all, we 'll get you the Merlo. Don 't stress about the beer. We will take it back. Now that 's what I call A world-class customer service . It is simply good customer service in a short window of time that makes it an exceptional experience for customers like myself. It doesn 't stop there. For some reason, my wife and I lost track of time and had a couple of more drinks and we suddenly realised it was around 9:30 pm and no one else was in the restaurant. All the customers have finished their dinner and left. I quickly asked one of the staff members what time they close and if we were holding them back from closing for the day. Again, they simply smiled and said, we will close whenever you finish. No rush. I was absolutely blown away by this level of customer service. Our friendly Anne (Owner of Adriana 's Restaurant was sitting patiently at the corner table and we made small talk. I got to know the beautiful history of Adriana 's Restaurant, she introduced me to the head chef who was also her son and I complimented the exceptional dinner they served us. To wrap up this delightful feast, I couldn 't resist indulging in their Tiramisu. It was a dessert that tasted like a slice of heaven sprinkled with cocoa dust. Each spoonful was a delightful blend of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and velvety mascarpone, with a touch of sweetness that made my heart skip a beat. It was the perfect ending to a meal that left me with a permanent smile and a belly full of laughter. Adriana 's Restaurant is a culinary treasure trove where exceptional service, personal touches, and outstanding flavors converge. It 's a place where the pasta is the star, the laughter flows like wine, and you 'll leave feeling like you 've just shared a meal with your most hospitable Italian relatives.
