"That's the last time I'm gonna eat at a chili. it used to be one of my favorite chains, but the chain has worsened overall, and this particular location. used to be chips and salsa free. Now they're over $5. I ordered a suppe. it was the size of what used to be called a cup it tasted okay, although it might have been heated from a dose. I ordered coke zero and got something that wasn't coke zero: probably diet coke. the whole restaurant seems strangely unclean as if there is a lot of beer and soda that hold on to everything. the little terminal at the table with which they pay was so disgusting tacky that my finger literally stuck to it. the terminal then crashed – restarted – while I was in the middle of the payment. service was bad: little eye contact, no smile, no friendly words, only the bitter, terse, minimalist standing-nearby-and-jotting-Things-down-a-tablet, which goes to service these days. (I got a nice smile from the server that actually brought the food overall, the experience was not terrible: not terrible. it was just poor and unpleasant, and why should I pay the people's money to heat up mediocre eating for me and pour the wrong kind of drink in a dirty environment if I can have everything to home for free? that was my second time in this place, my second attempt. the first time I stood there at the door and waited 10 minutes for the hostess to find a table for me: that was in a semi-finished restaurant with many open places. she then suggested I sit on the bar. I did. the bar was so dirty that I just walked out of the restaurant. that was an unpleasant experience, but I thought I would try. No, it's generally bad. I'm not coming back to chili."

"The "bowl" meal was 90% stale crushed tortilla strips. The meal filled less than 1/3 of the takeout container, and included maybe 1/4 c of limp shreds of lettuce, a couple teaspoons of what might have been rice, two small pieces of avocado, about 2 cups of crumbled tortilla strips and 3 scraggly slices of chicken. There were a few drips in one corner of something white that MIGHT have been the promised ranch dressing, but so little of it its hard to say there certainly wasnt enough to actually taste it. This was hands down the WORST meal Ive had in years and weve gotten take out from Taco Bell so thats really saying something. Its like they didnt have most of the ingredients for the dish and rather than even attempting to contact us or cancel the order explaining they couldnt fulfill it, they just threw whatever they had into a takeout container and figured wed just have to take what they sent because we made the mistake of getting it delivered. NEVR ORDER FROM THIS FARCE OF A "RESTAURANT" if you value your or what you eat."
