"This is the worst Dunkin ' Donuts/ Baskin-Robbins I have ever been to. I don 't know who the general manager is but I 'm curious about what training these employees are receiving upon hire. Short version: if you want Baskin-Robbins, all of the employees are on the Dunkin ' Donuts side... if you want Dunkin ' Donuts, all the employees are on the Baskin-Robbins side. There can literally be two customers in the store and the wait is at least 15-20 minutes. There 's no Welcome to Dunkin ' Donuts, how can I help you . The employees just stare at you as one out of the three or four of them is manning all stations. I usually glare back at them until they walk over. The employees at this location are very inattentive, you all need to pick up the pace! Please provide these kids with the proper training so they don 't turn out to be crappy adults in the workplace!"

"Maybe not as organized in the back. The order taker was excellent and customer friendly. The persons who delivered the order got it wrong and then had to wait over 20 minutes for them to bring the correct order to the car. Additional Help needed on Fridays and Saturdays"

"Haven't had dairy queen in a minute but as hot as it was I had to stop .. and I always since a child ate peanut parfait ice cream ... and my wife had a blizzard with snickers and doodle .... we really enjoyed and liked our server..she was very polite and I watched her work ..never stopped ..thanks again for your serve on 441 at Dairy Queen"
